三天没更新了。一部分原因是仍有的拖延，一部分是这几天的确是忙坏。本来今天中午也没打算更新，但刚才听了一首歌，让我决定先说点什么。
关于“爱自己”。我想说的是，流行歌曲中有不少热烈深情的表白话语，很多时候我们也会听得自己煞是感动。感动完了，再去回想一下自己和这些年的岁月，一面有些庆幸自己开始懂得保护自己，不至于因用情太深而苦；另一面也不免唏嘘感叹，年轻时候的热烈深情是多么可贵，而那种毫无保留义无反顾的感觉，又是多么让人怀念。
这些还不是我最想说的。我最想说的是，如果说，爱他人，总是会让人陷入这种两难境地，那么爱自己呢？你有没有试过把这些歌词中的“你”都换成“我”，换成自己？如果所有这些温暖和力量，都真正地温暖了自己，又会是什么样的情况？
就像对着另一个自己，童年的自己，少年的自己，现在的自己，将来的自己，用心表白。自言自语，那些所有被爱的“你”，都变成你自己。
我自己刚才试了一下，这首让我感动不已的歌曲，是Sarah Connor的《Living to love you》：

这样做，乍看或许显得有点自恋。但在我看来，很多拖延者，还就是缺少这么一种“自恋”。很多人对自己太不好。
